Regionally focused on private companies HQ'd in Southeast Florida, Southwest Florida,  Mid-Central Florida, and Central to Southeast Texas 

The ideal business will have annual revenues of $1M-6M, potential for substantial growth, and in operation for at least 10 years. 

1. Seeking liquidity, retirement and/or to reduce their day-to-day involvement
2. Desires a fully committed, local buyer to protect and grow their legacies and staff
3. Values the "fit" with their people and organization. 
4. Has a reasonable valuation expectation and is open to a stake in the business via a seller note.

1. Industries that are not sensitive to economic cycles, technological advancements or regulatory risks
2. Industries with fragmented competition in the market and high barriers to entry 
3. Industries that have recurring revenue dynamics
4. Industries that are needs based or "old economies"
